Getting Started
Overview
Welcome to GlobalTix!
The Reseller Portal is where you can discover and book travel experiences for your customers — with access to attractions, tours and activities from across the GlobalTix network.
With GlobalTix, you can:
- Book through the Reseller Portal — Search for experiences, check availability and make bookings directly through GlobalTix.
- Connect via API — Integrate GlobalTix inventory into your own website, app or booking system. Head to API Integration to get started.
Whether you book through the portal or connect via API, your GlobalTix reseller account gives you access to the same network of experiences.
How do I get started?
Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to Plans & Pricing and choose the plan that best fits your business. Complete your business details and verification. Once your account is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Set Your Password & Log In
Once your account is ready:
- Go to the GlobalTix Reseller Portal
- Click ‘Forgot Password’
- Enter the email address you used to sign up
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to create your password.
- Return to the Reseller Portal and log in with your new password.
Step 3: Set Up MFA
When you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This adds an extra layer of security to your account.
Follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup.
You’re all set!
Your Reseller Portal is ready to use. Head to Wallet & Top-ups to add funds and get ready to make your first booking.
Wallet & Top-ups
Overview
When making a booking through the GlobalTix Reseller Portal, you can pay using your GT Wallet or other supported payment methods through GT Pay.
For regular bookings, we recommend using GT Wallet, as other payment methods through GT Pay may include additional transaction fees.
To use GT Wallet, add funds to your account before booking. You can top up through:
- WhatsApp Top Up
- Instant Top Up — Credit Card or e-Wallet
- Bank Transfer
Once funds are added, your available GT Wallet balance can be used to pay for bookings directly through the Reseller Portal.
We recommend maintaining enough balance to cover your regular bookings, especially during peak travel periods.
Which top up method should I use?

Top up via eWallet
You can top up your GT Wallet instantly using a supported eWallet.
- Log in to the Reseller Portal.
- Navigate to Menu → Top Up.
- Enter the amount you’d like to top up.
- Click Instant Top Up.
- Select your preferred payment method
- Credit Card
- e-Wallet
Once payment is successful, your GT Wallet will be credited automatically.
Note: Additional service fees apply for Credit card & eWallet payments
Top up via Bank Transfer
You can also top up your GT Wallet by transferring funds directly to GlobalTix.
Step 1: Generate a Payment Request
Before making your bank transfer, generate a payment request from the Reseller Portal.
- Go to Top Up.
- Enter the amount you want to add.
- Select Other Offline Payment Method (Bank Transfer).
- Click Generate Payment Request.
Your payment request will include the information you need to proceed with the transfer.
Step 2: Make Your Bank Transfer
Use the bank details provided in the payment request to complete your transfer.
Top-ups are accepted in:
SGD, MYR, IDR, HKD, THB, USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR and PHP.
Step 3: Submit Your Payment Confirmation
Once the transfer is complete, submit your payment confirmation with:
- Reseller Name
- Reseller ID
- Top-up Amount and Currency
- Payment Receipt
For your first top-up, you may also be asked to provide your company and finance contact details.
Once your payment has been verified, the funds will be added to your GT Wallet.
Bookings
Overview
Bookings is where you can search for experiences and make bookings for your customers through the GlobalTix Reseller Portal.
You can browse available experiences, review ticket details, select your visit date and complete your booking directly through the portal.
Once a booking is confirmed, you can access the booking details and e-tickets from your account.
Make a Booking
Making a booking starts with finding the right experience for your customer. Before confirming, always review the ticket details, availability and booking conditions.
Step 1: Search for an Experience
From the Reseller Portal, select the country and search for the attraction or experience you want to book.
Select the experience to view the available ticket options.
Step 2: Review the Ticket Information
Before adding a ticket to your cart, click Show Ticket Information to review the booking conditions.
Check important information such as:
- Ticket validity
- Inclusions
- How to use
- Cancellation policy
- Terms & Conditions
Step 3: Select Your Tickets
Choose the ticket type and quantity your customer needs.
Depending on the ticket, you may also need to select a visit date or timeslot.
Once ready, add the tickets to your cart.
Step 4: Review Your Cart
Check your booking before proceeding to payment.
Make sure the ticket type, quantity, visit date and timeslot are correct.
Step 5: Enter Customer Details
Enter the required customer information for the booking.
Some experiences may require additional customer or traveller details. Complete all required fields before continuing.
Step 6: Choose Your Payment Method
Choose how you want to pay for the booking.
You can pay using:
- GT Wallet — Use your available wallet balance.
- GT Pay — Pay using other supported payment methods. Transaction fees may apply.
For regular bookings, we recommend using GT Wallet.
Step 7: Confirm Your Booking
Review the booking details and total amount, then complete your payment.
Once the booking is confirmed, the e-ticket will be generated and the booking will appear in your account.
Before your customer’s visit, always check the How to Use instructions as redemption requirements may differ by experience.

Manage Bookings
After a booking is confirmed, you can return to the Reseller Portal to find the booking and access its details and tickets.
Step 1: Find Your Booking
Go to Bookings and search for the booking you want to view.
Use the available booking information and filters to locate the correct transaction.
Step 2: View Booking Details
Open the booking to review its information, including the experience booked, ticket details, visit information and customer details.
Step 3: Access the E-ticket
Open the confirmed booking to access the customer’s e-ticket.
From here, you can retrieve the ticket and send it to your customer for their visit.
Step 4: Check Changes & Cancellations
If your customer needs to change or cancel a booking, first check the cancellation policy and Terms & Conditions for the ticket.
Change and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the experience booked.
API Integration
Overview
In this section you’ll learn how to connect your system directly to GlobalTix to access products, check real-time availability, make bookings, retrieve tickets and receive automated updates.
The standard API journey follows:
Authenticate → Retrieve Products → Check Availability → Reserve → Confirm → Retrieve Tickets
Getting started with the API
Before you begin, you’ll need an approved GlobalTix reseller account and your API credentials.

GlobalTix provides two environments:
- Staging — For development, testing and integration validation.
- Production — For live bookings and transactions.
Always build and test your integration in Staging before moving to Production.
Step 1: Get Your API Credentials
Request API access from GlobalTix. Once your access is ready, you’ll receive the credentials required to authenticate your API requests.
Step 2: Build Your Integration
Connect the GlobalTix API to the booking journey on your platform.
A typical booking flow follows:
Retrieve Products → Check Availability → Reserve → Confirm Booking → Retrieve Tickets
Always check the latest availability before creating a booking.
Step 3: Set Up Webhooks
Set up webhooks to receive updates when relevant booking, ticket or product information changes in GlobalTix.
This helps keep information between GlobalTix and your platform up to date.
Step 4: Test Your Integration
Test the complete booking journey in the Staging environment.
Make sure your integration can successfully retrieve products, check availability, create and confirm bookings, retrieve tickets and receive relevant updates.
Step 5: Go Live
Once your integration has been tested and approved, move to the Production environment to begin processing live bookings.
